On-Site Support

We offer various service level agreements for our on-site support with the most common being 2 hour response, with Next Business Day onsite resolution.

The majority of on-site reactive support calls are minimized through the use of remote server monitoring and services and remote help desk support.

On-site support is typically billed at $125.00 per hour with no travel charges.
