Project management and
support
In most cases we provide on-site project management support to ensure
a smooth implementation or migration. Responsibilities of the project
manager include the coordination of the product procurement to ensure
on-time delivery. The project manager also develops a detailed scope
of work that clearly defines the individual responsibilities of all
parties involved. The scope of work is our road map for the specific
project and your guide to measure our progress as we reach the acceptance
criteria for project completion. Other functions and responsibilities
of the project manager are to provide cost management, risk mitigation,
quality assurance, and configuration control.
The project manager acts as the single point of contact from the initial
implementation of the project to its full completion. This minimizes
errors and misunderstandings in a multi-vendor project implementation.
