and allow for urgency escalation. For most clients our initial technical
support services are included during the project implementation phase.
Our goal for each client is to implement system standardization, centralize
file access and controls, provide secure protected internet access
and a centrally controlled virus protection solution. However we understand
that this can be an overwhelming task for an organization to undertake
and therefore we offer technical support in various forms for pre
and post project implementations and phased migrations.
The key to successful technical support is responsiveness. Understanding
that issues need to be addressed from a large scale birds eye perspective
doesn't necessarily translate to immediate assistance for existing
issues. Our primary goal is to remove the need for technical support
and create a sound environment.
